The Androids

The Androids are a rock band from Australia. Fronted by guitarist Tim Henwood
(originally from The Superjesus). They released a single in 2002, "Do It With Madonna".
It peaked at #4 in the Australia ARIA Singles Chart, and #15 in the UK Singles Chart.
A second single, "Here She Comes" peaked at #15 in Australia, and there was also a third single,
"Brand New Life" but it wasn't as successful.
Their self-titled album debuted and peaked at #36 on the ARIA Albums Chart.
Though not a huge success internationally they are remembered for the music video
For "Do it With Madonna" which featured drag queens dressed as Britney Spears,
Christina Aguilera, P!nk, Kylie Minogue and, of course, Madonna.
The song "Here She Comes" was featured on the American Wedding soundtrack and the song
"Do It With Madonna" was featured on The O.C..
